Microsoft surprised everyone today by announcing a new Xbox Forza Horizon 5 bundle coming this week. This is a great deal for anyone seeking a Xbox Series X console and a driving game. Or if you want a free game this bundle is also for you.

Xbox Forza Horizon 5 Bundle Details

The actual title of the bundle is the Xbox Series X – Forza Horizon 5 Bundle. Here’s what comes in it:

  • Xbox Series X
  • Wireless controller
  • Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition with Hot Wheels Expansion, VIP Pass, Car Pass, Welcome Pack and an upcoming second expansion

The Xbox Forza Horizon 5 bundle will be available later this week at various retailers (including the Microsoft Store) in the US, Canada, and certain Asian markets. Those living in Europe, South America, and other countries will be able to purchase the bundle later in January.

As for price the bundle will retail for $559 USD. This is a pretty good price because the base Xbox Series X costs $499 USD. So for an extra $60 people get a free game with several expansion packs, the VIP Pass, and the Car Pass.

The Hot Wheels Expansion has 10 new cars on new tracks. And players can design, build, and share their own Hot Wheels tracks.

The VIP Pass features 3 exclusive Forza Edition cars, Crown Flair, Vanity Items, Emote and Car Horn, Player House, Double Credit race rewards, weekly bonus Super Wheelspins, and more.

The Car Pass allows players to expand their fleet with 42 new cars, including 8 Formula Drift Cars. Plus, players receive a one-time grant of each car to their in-game garage.

Finally, the Welcome Pack includes 5 special pre-tuned cars, a Player House, a one-time grant to own any car from the game’s Autoshow, and 3 one-time grants for any Common or Rare clothing item.
